Reports view

Clicking on the Reports tab at the top you can access to a series of tables with detailed information about the units you have in Author, organised in different sections.

Storage

Shows the contracted disk space, how much of it is currently being used and how much is free.

Licenses

The top box shows a quick overview of each type of licence. The number of licences contracted, and of those, how many are being used and how many are availables:

Generals gathers licenses of Administrator, Manager and Reviewer type
Easy, authors with this role
Professional, authors with this role

Hovering the mouse over the graphs shows a tooltip with the number of licences of each type.

The box below shows the number of licences of each type that are currently in use. To find out which specific users are using each type of licence, click on View users, which will take you to the list in the Users tab, applying the corresponding filters.

Production

Here you can get specific data on the production of units:

the total number of projects and external and internal units
which are the projects with the most units
in each project how many authoring units and external units there are

You can also analyse the units according to the provider who is in charge of their creation.

Costs

This section allows you to analyse the costs associated to the units, filtering by project.

You can also view the costs by provider or project.

Hovering the mouse over the graphs you can see a tooltip with the cost of each project, unit or supplier.
