Create external drive
An external unit allows you to add in Author units created with other tools (Articulate, Captivate) authors. Thus, we will use Author as a repository of all our training content.
It is necessary to create an external unit:
- Into a project.
- Press the button.
- Select the 'Create external unit'.
We must then add the contents to a file .zip whose size may not exceed 500 Mb. You can add a file by dragging it from the PC or by pressing on the screen.
