First level buttons in cards

Hovering the pointer over the thumbnail shows the main action in first level, along with the access to the information. For example, depending on whether it is a new content, if you have completed it... a button appears to enroll or review the content directly, without accessing the pop-up window.

Actions that you can find are:

Enroll, if it is a recommended or optional content and you are not subscribed.
Resume, if you are already subscribed to the content.
Review, if you have already completed the content.

Therefore the rest of the card no longer has any action assigned to it, which means that if you click on the rest of the thumbnail nothing happens.
