Authoring units: Publish as a draft

Sometimes you may want to publish a version of the unit that is not finished or needs further editing, without making it public to the users. Or we simply want to distinguish between the different versions, which ones are finished and which ones need changes. For this purpose, the option publish as draft is available, which allows you to differentiate between these and the stable or final versions.

To do so, in the Publish unit window activate the Draft flag next to the version number.

Differentiating between stable and draft units is especially useful if in LMS you choose the option to use the most recent stable version.

Remember, in order to display the Draft column in the list of Publications you must first select it in the options.
